We believe many of our greatest challenges stem from a paradigm of oversimplification and reductionism, of solutionism and optimization. It flattens what it studies without ever living inside it. When we narrow the complexity of our problems, we narrow the potential of our solutions.
Limicelia aims to open the aperture. We stay with situations long enough to see more than one answer, and long enough for new shapes of response to emerge.
We are a practice studio focused on attending to what’s alive in our communities and organizations. We create, we consult, and we cultivate spaces for receptivity and dialogue to make room for deeper engagement through creativity, regeneration, and awareness.
Our work moves across the personal, the interpersonal, and the systemic, so that we all can work and live more fully together.
